My telegram of the 15th April. Prize Court Fees.

Crown did not pay here but statute on which practice

depends does not apply to Hongkong. You are not therefore

bound to recognise exemption. Any fees paid by the Crown in

Hongkong will ultimately be paid out of Imperial funds and

will be applied in the same way as fees arising in respect

of Admiralty business in Supreme Court of Hongkong. See

Prize Court Act 1894 Section 3 paragraph 4.
